User Accounts

You must be 18 years or older and can enter into legal binding contracts. You are responsible for keeping your username, password, and other account information confidential. Do not share it with anyone. Do not create an account on our site that uses the same username and/or password that you use to log into any game. If you share your password or account information, which is already a violation of this agreement, you are accountable for any written or uploaded content submitted by your account, any services purchased, or any other violations of these terms and conditions.

Conditions of Use

The conditions of use for myraids.com are based on mature moral behavior and the list of prohibited behaviors in this section is in no way a complete list of prohibited behaviors. You are required to follow all laws in your country, The United States, the state of New York, and International Law while using our site in any way. You are required to follow any applicable rules set forth in the game End User License Agreement of any game you are playing. You are responsible for all materials, posts, content, images, and anything else you submit to myraids.com through your user account. You will not upload content that is copyright or trademarked by someone else with out their permission. You will not download content that you believe to be a copyright or trademark infringement. Please report any such content immediately to myraids.com support staff for investigation. You will not infringe or reveal the intellectual property rights or trade secrets of others with out their permission. You will not use myraids.com in any way that infringes on the copyright or trademark of others. You will not submit anything to myraids.com that is profane, derogatory, hateful, racist, abusive, threatening, stalking, harassing, and/or embarrassing to any other person or entity. You will not submit any sexually-explicit images or content to myraids.com, including links to pornographic sites. You will not submit any advertisements about anything at all for any reason. To advertise on our site please contact us. You will not submit chain-letters, pyramid schemes, or participate in or perpetuate scams, fraud or other marketing scheme. No unauthorized marketing of any kind for any product with out written permission from myraids.com. You will not use the site to foster transactions for tangible goods, property, or services. You are allowed to foster transactions for virtual property within the limits of the game End User License Agreement. Any transactions associated with conversion of virtual property and/or services into US or other currency is strictly prohibited. You will not impersonate another person or log into an account other then your own. You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of myraids.com, including attempts to log into any account other than your own. Hacking or guessing passwords is strictly prohibited, all failed attempts are logged. You will not attempt to access any part of the site that was not intentionally made available. You will not represent yourself as an agent of myraids.com. This includes acting as a reseller of sites at myraids.com. Please contact us for more information about reseller agreements. You may not park or reserve shortcuts or sub-domain names. Any shortcut or sub-domain name, at the discretion of myraids.com, can be removed from a free ad supported account and/or assigned to another customer. Names reserved by premium customers will not be revoked unless they are found to be inappropriate. You will not submit anything that contains virus, trojan, malware, spybots, key-loggers, or any other software, image, or anything that will damage another users computer. You will not cause denial of service, restrict, or inhibit others from using myraids.com or cause intentional grief to a community. You will not plagiarize. You will not harvest or otherwise collect, use, or divulge any information contained or displayed at myriad.com for any reason with out written permission from myraids.com. This includes but is not limited to public usage statistics, guild directories, usernames, email, or any other data available on our site. Myraids.com has the right to turn over any information it deems necessary to aid authorities in an investigation. Either when required to by the court or at its good faith discretion. Administrators and employees of myraids.com can not possibly monitor all the content posted to the site. Please report any content you feel is in violation of this policy to the myraids.com support staff for investigation. Consequences for violation of these terms are discussed in the Termination of Services section.

Data Submission

Due to the design of the World Wide Web you are constantly submitting thoughts, opinions, ideas, and other forms of intellectual property in various forms including images and other symbolic content to all sites you visit. By submitting anything, to any part of myraids.com or through email to our staff, you agree to grant myraids.com an irrevocable perpetual license to the submission that allows myraids.com to use the submission in any way it chooses, including but not limited to, promotional materials, market research, or implementation of new features, with no compensation of any kind. You are responsible for anything you submit to any part our site with your account.

Premium Subscriptions

Subscription benefits are listed on the site and are subject to change from time to time with or without notice, including the price. Subscriptions will automatically be renewed each month in accordance with PayPal policies and the service packages you have selected. There are no cancellation fees or notification requirements and you can cancel your subscription at any time. Any premium features will continue to work until the next billing cycle at which time the site will return to a free ad supported site. All premium features will be accessible in read only mode, and are subject to all limitations of a free ad supported site, including but not limited to inactivity deletion and removal of sub domain. To cancel your subscription you must do so through your PayPal account. Premium services will not be activated until the transaction for first subscription payment has been completed. At the conclusion of the successful transaction you are bound by these terms for as long as you use the site. Upgrades to existing services will take effect immediately with prepayment of the next billing period. Any remainder in the current period will be free. Myraids.com may establish limitations on any part of the site or features such as, but not limited to, storage space, data retention time, maximum number of data records, and in the case of free accounts, limits to benefits listed on the site. You acknowledge that any information required to complete the subscription transaction is true and accurate, including but not limited to name, address, and credit card number. You agree to pay all applicable taxes. Subscriptions are non-transferable. Myraids.com has the right, at its discretion, to terminate your subscription with no refund if you violate the terms and conditions in this document or if you share your username and password. There may be additional fees associated with restoring a site from backup. Please choose your subscription plan carefully as there will be no refunds for unused portions of a subscription.

Links to 3rd Party Sites and Content

Myraids.com provides link management as a service and a convenience. We have no control over 3rd party sites and are not responsible for availability, reliability, functionality, content, or anything else that is on the linked site. The existence of the link does not constitute affiliation, endorsement, or association in any way between myraids.com and the linked site. You are responsible for following the policies for any linked site while you are at their site. Myraids.com can, at its discretion, remove any link to any site for any reason at any time with no notification. Myraids.com is not responsible for any content displayed in an advertisement on our pages. Nor is myraids.com responsible, or party to, any transactions that may occur as a result of those advertisements. All transactions are between you and the advertising party only. It is your responsibility to honor the End User License Agreement of any game you are playing. Using any advertisement or link to a 3rd party site or is at your own risk. It is your responsibility to protect your computer from virus, spy-ware, mal-ware, or any other destructive software. Please report any links that are inappropriate or violate these terms and conditions to myraids.com support staff for investigation.

ALL SOFTWARE ON OUR SITE AND THE SITE ITSELF IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. NO WARRANTIES OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES ON ANY PART OF THE SITE. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY POTENTIAL ERRORS THAT MAY CAUSE CORRUPTION OR LOSS OF DATA. MYRAIDS.COM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY HACKING ATTEMPTS THAT MAY CAUSE DATA TO BE COMPROMISED OR STOLEN. MYRAIDS.COM IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ALTERATION OF DATA BY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS OR ANY OTHER REASON. VANDALIZING COMMUNITY DATA IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. MYRAIDS.COM IS NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES OF ANY KIND FOR DATA LOSS OR ALTERATION RESULTING FROM USE OF THE SITE.

This agreement is governed by New York State law and as such you agree to exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Monroe County. This agreement in no way forms a partnership or venture between you and myraids.com. Any action must be taken within 1 year of the incident and must take place at a venue located in Monroe County New York. Myraids.com reserves the right to, at its discretion, in good faith, release information to authorities or government agencies to aid in an investigation, protect myraids.com property, or to enforce the terms of this contract.

Termination of Service

Free ad supported sites are subject to deletion by manual or automated process after 180 days have passed with out a valid login. Once a site is deleted it can not be recovered. It is your responsibility to log into the site at least once every 180 days to avoid deletion. Warning emails may be sent several days prior to deletion. Myraids.com has the right to, at its discretion, terminate a free add supported site and service for any customer for any reason at any time. Notice may or may not be given. Myraids.com has the right to, at its discretion, in good faith; terminate a premium account for any violation of the terms in this document, with no refund. In the case of premium services and termination is for reasons without cause a refund will be given at the discretion of myraids.com. Potential consequences for violation of any term set forth in this document include but are not limited to removal of offending material, deletion of account, deletion of guild site, ban of account or guild, reporting of illegal activity to internet service provider and/or the appropriate government agency. Myraids.com has sole discretion as to the severity of the incident and the severity of the response within the law. Internet Protocol Addresses are logged and can be used to aid investigations or enforcement of this policy. Termination of service obligates you destroy all materials, electronic or otherwise, provided, downloaded, or otherwise obtained from myraids.com as part of the service. Myraids.com is not obligated to maintain any content or to forward any unread or unsent messages to you or any third party.

Modifications to these Terms

The terms set forth within this document, and any referenced documents, constitute the entire agreement between you and myraids.com. From time to time this policy may need to be updated or amended. You are responsible for reading these terms from time to time and familiarizing yourself with them. Your continued usage of myraids.com constitutes acceptance of any updates or amendments to these terms. In the event any part of this document is found to be not enforceable by the courts a new valid provision will be created to supersede it and the remainder of the document will remain valid. You can not modify these terms in any way and your only recourse is to discontinue usage of our site and services

All content and structural elements of the site, including but not limited to, forums, images, icons, all data in our database, and/or anything visible to the user is owned by myraids.com, unless otherwise noted. All content and structural elements of the site are protected by US copyright laws and may be copied, reproduced, duplicated, or reverse engineered in any way with out prior written authorization from myraids.com. All trademarks used on the site are owned by myraids.com and can not be used in any way without prior written permission from myraids.com. Myraids.com does make fair use of 3rd party trademarks and logos, when they are used there is a disclaimer giving credit to the owner. The use of these 3rd party trademarks, logos, images, or content in no way constitutes affiliation, endorsement, or partnerships between myraids.com and the 3rd party.
